As a franchise owner himself — having built and operated Futurekids and Contours Express — David brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed on both sides of the franchise relationship. He understands the franchisee's experience, the franchisor's growth imperatives, and the operational discipline required to scale a system with integrity.
Since founding R&D Group in 2007, he has served as an independent Certified Franchise Consultant, taking on fractional executive-level engagements across franchise sales, development, and operations.
